Gulliver travel - the winner of many awards at TUI Destination Experience SOS Readiness

Yet another Gulliver travel''s quality assurance comes from annual TUI gatherings in Antalya

(Dubrovnik, March 20th, 2019) Gulliver travel's employees participated for the first time in the annual TUI Destination Experience Start of Season Readiness (TUI DX SOS Readiness), held on March 13th and 14th in Antalya, Turkey this year, and won prizes for the best results within TUI Group over the past season, within three different categories. 

TUI DX SOS Readiness is the annual gathering for Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean region within TUI's Destination Experience (TUI DX) segment. The purpose of this gathering was to familiarise all members of TUI DX with the changes that will be introduced in 2019, exchange experiences and ideas with colleagues and celebrate another year of successful business.

As part of TUI Group and TUI DX, Gulliver travel has actively participated in the gathering. Annual awards for best results and excellence in various categories for the 2018 season are awarded during the gathering, and we are exceptionally proud to have won three rewards this year.

Our colleague Marijo Vuletić, Managing Director of Logistics, won the ''Best Contribution to Cost Effectiveness'' award for achieving savings in operations and transportation as well as the results of negotiating activities and efficient allocation in the segment of the transfer.

Colleague Maro Saulović, Director of the Intercruises Sector, won the ''Best Platform Intercruises'' award for best results and the best portfolio of exclusive excursions in the segment of cruise ships.

Charlotte Ramsden, Service Delivery Team Manager for the Region of Dalmatia for TUI Poland, won the "Exceptional score in service" award with a total rating of 8.67 (target grade 7) and achievement in a digital service with a score of 9.15 (target rating 7).

In addition, as examples of excellence, the following are highlighted at the gathering:  the successful implementation of the SafeAshore application (a system to increase the safety of guests and excursion guides) in Dubrovnik (2018), Kotor and Split (2019) for sea cruises and Batina, Vukovar, Ilok, Novi Sad and Belgrade (2019) for river cruises and high supplier coverage through the Health & Safety safety and risk regulation book that is 95% for Croatia, for Montenegro 100% and for Slovenia 90%.

Won prizes are yet another confirmation of Gulliver travel's work quality that is focused on continuous improvement of products and services, as well as internal work processes.
