(Dubrovnik, April 2nd, 2019) At the final evening of the 5th International Congress of Historic Cities held on March 28, 2019, in Solin, Gulliver travel was awarded the International cultural-tourism award Plautilla in the category of ''Best Cultural Touristic Itinerary'' for the "Korčula and Pelješac – wine delight''.

The 5th International Congress of Historic Cities, organized by the Solin Tourist Board, the Hotel President Solin and the town of Solin, was held from March 26 to 29, 2019. The aim of this international congress is to encourage join engagement of people in the tourism industry and archaeology of historic cities, exchange experiences in terms of promoting them on the domestic and international tourist market, as well as developing new tourist products and arrangements. 

The special International cultural-tourism awards "Plautilla" for the quality and innovation in the management of historic cities, in the domain of interpretation and protection of cultural heritage, as well as the promotion and distribution of cultural tourism products, are also given at the congress. The prizes are awarded in several categories, and Gulliver travel is a proud owner of Plaques with the bronze sign for the itinerary "Korčula and Pelješac – wine delight" in the category "Best Cultural Tourist Itinerary". We are especially proud of this itinerary, which in a different way shows the best of the cultural heritage of Korčula and Pelješac, combining it with enogastronomic tradition in an irresistible whole.
